An early medieval girl was buried with a uncommon object: a metallic folding chair

Cash, weapons, jewellery and different valuables are sometimes discovered within the historic tombs of essential individuals, however archaeologists not too long ago found a really uncommon tomb: a metallic folding chair.

Constructed of an iron body, the medieval chair measures about 28 by 18 inches (70 by 45 centimeters) when folded, and the staff found Archaeologists by the Bavarian State Workplace for Monument Safety (BLfD) final month within the village of Endsee in southeastern Germany.
